Caitlin teaches our Slow Flow Asana class Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 11:00.
Caitlin began her yoga practice in search of balance and ended up finding a lifestyle that is rich in mindfulness, self-inquiry, devotion and connection to spirit. Yoga has been the practice in her life which has held space for allowing unconditional love to flow through her. She feels that the yoga sutras guide her as she develops in trust, truth and living from the heart.
Each person’s yoga practice is as unique as they are and Caitlin encourages her students to explore their limits and honor their bodies. It is her intention to offer a grounding and balancing class infused with therapeutic opportunities that are available to all students from beginners to seasoned yogis.
Vitality Personal Training is the other outlet Caitlin offers for healing and strengthening through movement. She finds that “slow flow” vinyasa, restorative and yin asana are complementary practices to most workout routines. A steady practice of yoga has the ability to prevent injuries and improve athletic performances for people with active lifestyles.
Whether you're new to yoga or have a practice older than Caitlin's, she hopes to have the opportunity to share her deep love of yoga with you. “May each moment spent on our mats open our hearts and allow us to connect more deeply to the truth within.”
