Kim teaches our Wednesday morning Gentle Yoga class from 9:30 - 10:45 and our Restorative class on Thursdays from 12 - 1:15. She discovered a yoga class 20 years ago while attending Evergreen State College and has been practicing ever since. She is an ERYT-certified and is working towards her 1000 hour certificate in Yoga Medicine under the guidance of Tiffany Cruinshank.
Her teaching style emphasizes graceful sequencing and thoughtful alignment to inspire her students to enhance their lives one breath and one movement at a time. With training in vinyasa, mindful meditation, yin, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga, her classes calm the nervous system and allow students the space to look for stillness and peace both during their practice and off the mat.
When not practicing yoga, Kimberly is enrolled at Oregon State University getting a post-bacc in psychology, as well as a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling. Her proudest accomplishment, however, is being a mother to two amazing teenagers, a noisy bulldog, and a precocious kitten.
