Through her training and firsthand experience Ericka has seen the benefits yoga provides her students in leading happier and healthier lives through stress reduction techniques and injury prevention and recovery. She loves to share her passion for yoga with her students and strives to make her classes safe, dynamic, inspiring, and accessible to all.
Ericka considers yoga to be a lifelong learning process. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2014 and has since completed multiple additional trainings. She is currently working towards her 300-hour Advanced Teacher of Therapeutic Yoga certificate through Integrative Yoga Therapy.
When not on the mat, Ericka enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, traveling, working as a dental hygienist, or partaking in one of the many outdoor activities that Bend has to offer.
