Sarah teaches our Friday afternoon Community Healing Flow donation-based classes every other week. She is an RYT-200 yoga instructor with a passion for supporting her students to find joy and balance.
Sarah loves the quiet of yoga. She believes that In the stillness we reflect, find direction, and just be. We hear our breath, the shuffling of feet, and connect with our body, mind, and heart.
She thinks of yoga classes as sacred ceremonies, a space for celebration, silliness, love, and healing. In her classes we explore chanting, mudras, chakras, and guided meditations.
Outside of the yoga studio, Sarah loves sharing hot beverages, trading plants with neighbors for their gardens, and the magic of singing harmonies. She grew up on the coast of Virginia and couldn't be happier to have landed in the warm community of Bend.
