MEDITATION
We think of meditation as an essential set of tools for living in the 21st Century.
People need different tools at different times. Whether you're interested in focus, clarity, peace, healing, or simply a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you, we welcome you to try our different classes to see which is the best fit for you.
Wednesday evenings from 7PM - 8PM we offer an in-person class called "Essential Meditation," drawing on core meditative principles from a variety of healing traditions.
Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 - 2:00PM at BCH we offer moving meditation practices from the Taoist movement arts of QiGong.
These classes are offered on a donation basis as a gift to the community to help individuals navigate the many stresses of 21st century life...to help us show up at our full potential for ourselves, our families, our communities, and the world.
No registration is required.
Students of all levels and backgrounds are welcome at all classes.
