Because it's so ordinary, it's easy to overlook how profoundly this movement touches and expresses almost every aspect of our experience of being alive. From qualities of physical motion and vitality, to recurring emotional texture, mental activity, and beyond - the movement of breathing is intricately involved.

Come join us as we explore the topography of this amazing territory from the inside. Our emphasis will be on connecting more deeply with how life moves through us and discovering some practical ways we can increase our participation in that movement.

Ryan McGladrey has been practicing  Osteopathy, Tuina, and other vibratory manual therapy approaches since 1998.

He also teaches Chinese internal martial arts, rehabilitative movement, and integrated embodiment practices. Ryan is committed to empowering others with practical means of transformation.

He lives in Davis, CA and periodically travels throughout the Pacific Northwest to work with individuals and groups.
