This 3-part series is grounded in the idea that the sense of flow is basic to our human existence. And that, through learning the principles that underlie it, we can all restore that sense of flow, peace and unity to our lives.
The first evening of this series (7/10) will explore how our sense of flow, ease, trust in life is molded by how (much) we were allowed and encouraged as children to "be," to discover our own unique, individual texture and rhythm (as opposed to being forced to conform to the rhythms and textures of our environments). We'll also look at what happens if we don't get this permission and encouragement, and how we can clear and transcend the resulting blockages and effects.
The second evening (7/17) will focus on "Belonging," the deepening of our relationships with ourselves and the world that ideally are gently and gradually woven over our first decades of life. We'll explore potential blocks and interruptions in this process and how at any age the process can consciously be reengaged and nurtured, yielding a richer and more connected life.
The third evening (7/31) will focus on "Becoming," how we develop our deepest, most precious gifts and offer them to the world in a figure-8 flow of nourishment and abundance. We'll learn how this process, too, is often impaired but can always be restored and strengthened.
Classes will be taught by Mark Montgomery, Lic. Ac., on Tuesday evening, 7/10, 7/17, and 7/31 from 7-9 at Bend Community Healing, 155 SW Century Drive, Suite 113.
Cost of the series is on a sliding scale of $90 - $270.
