Autumn is an especially appropriate time for self-care and reflection as we harvest summer's last bounty and "put away" some energy while letting go of what we no longer need.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a practice of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. 30 minutes of yoga nidra is the equivalent of a 4-hour sleep!
This 2-hour special event will provide the space to reflect, relax and renew for the longer nights of Autumn.
