Erin Collins, RN BSN RYT, is grateful to offer yoga and meditation to the BCH community. Her 13 years of teaching bring a warm, casual and heartfelt style in classes that provide space and quiet for the inner exploration of how energy and prana inform the physical body.
Trish Ivie, RYT, brings 12 years of gentle teaching that’s suitable for students at all levels and abilities. She aims to cultivate non-judgmental awareness in her students, offers a rich understanding of therapeutics and supports each student to find ease in their own practice.
